Boundless ideas thrives in unbounded environments. In The Super Room, there are no boundaries. A playful workshop room where you are allowed to draw on both walls and tables. It is easily rebuilt to fit every part of the process.
The Super Room is located in the main area with vibrant activity. Take part of the impressions, show yourselves or pull back the curtains for a more private profile. It’s entirely up to you!
Practicalities:
– Capacity: 1-24 people. (24 chairs, 12 tables and 6 pouffés to sit on).
– Equipment: Projector, 14 meter long whiteboard wall.
Prices:
Half day: 8,400 SEK (8.00-12.00, 13.00-17.00, 18.00-22.00) + vat
Full day: 12,000 SEK (8.00-17.00) + vat
Full day + evening: 15,000 SEK (08.00-22.00) + vat
Media Evolution City tenants receive 40% discount. Members of Media Evolution, 25% discount.
Billing is for half day, full day and / or evening regardless of whether you book fewer hours than the actual period.
There may be an extra service charge (for staff, etc) at weekends.
Cancellation Policy:
50% of the rental cost will be charged if cancelled 2 weeks prior to the first day of the conference. 100% of the rental cost will be charged in case of cancellation within 1 week prior to the first day of the conference.
