Enjoy the view of the harbour and varvsstaden – the old ship building area. The Multi Room is well suited for bigger events like kick-offs, launches, seminars, lectures, conferences, exhibitions, mingle, evening events… You name it, the list goes on. A large space with room for many which can easily be rearranged as required.
Practicalities:
– Capacity: 1-120 people in cinema seating, 200 people standing.
– Furniture arrangement: 120 people in cinema seating, 80 people in training situations, with tables and chairs. Standing (mingle): 200 people.
– Equipment: 2 projectors, screen, 4 personal microphones, 2 standard microphones, sound system, rolling whiteboard wall also available.
Price:
Half day: 12,600 SEK (8.00-12.00, 13.00-17.00, 18.00-22.00) + vat
Full day: 18,000 SEK (8.00-17.00) + vat
Full day + evening: 22,500 SEK (08.00-22.00) + vat
Media Evolution City tenants receive 40% discount. Members of Media Evolution, 25% discount.
There may be an extra service charge (for staff, etc) at weekends.
Cancellation Policy:
50% of the rental cost will be charged if cancelled 2 weeks prior to the first day of the conference. 100% of the rental cost will be charged in case of cancellation within 1 week prior to the first day of the conference.
