So we’ve been talking about customer experience – CX – for a while now. The trend has not passed unnoticed, not among marketeers, and definitely not among agencies. It has also given everyone even more excuses to add more money into the black hole of digital marketing, and – to be even more precise – social media. But to be honest, does CX pay back? Does it really build more loyal and satisfied customers? Are we building more business value through CX? Or have we just mistaken ”presence” for experience?

In this talk we will:

– Take an honest look at the state of customer experience 2019

– Take a look at some cases and listen to some experts

– Identify key success factors for good CX

– Discuss what it will take to get there – from a marketeer as well as agency point of view
